Respect Everyone

Treat every user with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.

Be Authentic

Use real photos and accurate information. Catfishing, impersonation, and misrepresentation undermine trust and will result in account removal. Verified accounts get a badge — earn it.

Keep It Safe

Never share personal financial information, passwords, or sensitive data with other users. Report suspicious behaviour, scams, or requests to send money outside the platform immediately.

No Compensated Dating, Escort Services, or Solicitation

SugaSuga is for genuine connections. We strictly prohibit, and will permanently ban any user who engages in:

• Offering, arranging, or soliciting sexual contact in exchange for money, gifts, allowances, "tributes", "roses", PPM (pay-per-meet), or anything of value.

• Advertising escort, "sugar arrangement", massage, companionship-for-pay, or similar commercial services.

• Posting rates, hourly pricing, payment-app handles (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, BTC, etc.) paired with offers to meet.

• Coercion, blackmail, or any transactional arrangement that exploits financial vulnerability.

SugaSuga uses automated keyword filtering and image moderation to detect these violations. Confirmed cases are reported to law enforcement under 18 U.S.C. § 1591 (sex trafficking) and 18 U.S.C. § 2421A (FOSTA-SESTA) where applicable. We cooperate fully with valid law-enforcement requests.

Consent Matters

Respect boundaries. No means no. Pressuring someone for photos, personal information, or in-person meetings they are not comfortable with is a violation. Sharing intimate content without explicit consent is grounds for permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

Protect Minors

Users must be 18 or older. Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement.

No Hate, Violence, or Self-Harm

Do not post or message content promoting violence, terrorism, suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. Glorification of dangerous behaviour will be removed and the account suspended.

Report & Block

If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the in-app block and report features. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and are completely anonymous to the reported user.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. Serious violations are reported to law enforcement, including NCMEC for any content involving minors.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action against your account was a mistake, contact admin@sugasuga.co within 30 days.
