Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Premium subscription charges are non-refundable for partial billing periods. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Where required by law (EU 14-day cooling-off period, certain US states), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used premium features.

Wallet Top-ups

Wallet credits are refundable for 7 days from the top-up date if no portion has been spent. Partially-spent top-ups are not refundable.

Gifts

Once a gift is sent and delivered, it is non-refundable. If a gift was sent in error, contact admin@sugasuga.co within 24 hours and before the recipient redeems it; we may at our discretion reverse the transaction.

Fraud & Unauthorised Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorised, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund confirmed fraud cases. Suspected fraudulent accounts are subject to suspension pending investigation.

Platform-specific Rules

If you purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play, refund requests are subject to those platforms' policies and must be initiated through their respective support channels.
